TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry requirements
You must follow the instructions of the venue staff at all times and adhere to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Participant Waiver
In order to participate in any activities, all participants must sign a waiver prior to commencing.

COVID-19 and Government Restrictions
Battle Axe Throwing will be following the government guidance regarding business operations.

Drugs and Alcohol
It is a condition of Battle Axe Throwing that participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. All participants and spectators will be required to sign a waiver with a statement to that effect.

If any staff identifies non-compliance with our drugs and alcohol policy upon entry or during a session, the person(s) in question will be asked to vacate the venue immediately, without a refund.

​Behaviour
We love a good time and banter between mates, but we do not tolerate any form of aggressive or unsafe behaviour.

Battle Axe Throwing has a zero-tolerance to aggressive, anti-social, abusive or unsafe behaviour. Any person(s) displaying any of these behaviours upon entry or during a session, will be asked to vacate the venue immediately, without a refund.

Clothing
Closed-toed shoes must be worn in order to participate in any activity.

Minors/Children
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Please note: This does not include family members or close friends unless they have legally been granted responsibility over this person. A legal guardian is any person that has been appointed to care for another person by court and make decisions on their behalf.

Cancellation Policy
We are a new business and any booking reserves a limited space in our venue that can be hard to fill on short notice after a cancellation.

More than 14 Days away from original booking:

  • Refund of deposit, minus processing fee

  • Booking is transferable to a new date, subject to availability

 
14 days or less away from original booking:

  • Deposit is non refundable

  • $50 fee to reschedule booking to a new date, subject to availability


Less than 24hrs away from original booking or no show:

  • Minimum lane fee is incurred and charged to the credit card used to make booking


The cancellation policy will apply from your original booking date, regardless if it has been transferred to another date.

We do not offer refunds in the case of a booking no-show.

Minimum Lane Fees

Group Size Changes
We understand group numbers can fluctuate in the lead up to a booking. You are welcome to bring more or less participants on the day as long as your group total stays within the range of participants allowed per lane(s) booked. (E.g 1 lane being 8 - 15 participants.)

If your group size changes above the participant capacity for the number of lanes booked, please contact us as soon as possible so we can let you know if an extra lane and axe coach can be accommodated to your booking.

If your group size changes below the participant capacity for the number of lanes booked, with more than 14 days notice the number of lanes for your booking can be adjusted.

However if it is within 14 days of the original booking the deposit for the original number of lanes will be forfeited and if within 24 hours of the original booking the minimum lane fee will be charged on the day.

COVID-19 and Government Restrictions
These are challenging times for everyone. Any cancellations due to COVID-19 or government restrictions will be eligible for a reschedule or honoured as Battle Axe Throwing credit.
