Sunday Brunch League was created after demand for more league spots kept growing.
Not everyone wants a weekday night session, so we opened a Sunday time slot that still gives you all the fun, community and challenge of league while leaving the rest of your day free.
It’s social, beginner friendly and one of the easiest ways to get into axe throwing league for the first time.
Whether you’re completely new or already throwing regularly, Sunday League gives you a fun weekly session without needing to lock away your week nights or your entire weekend.
What's Included In League
Sunday League was specifically created to open up more spots for newer players and growing demand in the Wollongong axe throwing community.
Every Sunday League season includes:

11:30am - 1:30pm, Sundays

8 week season format

2 hour sessions each week

7 weeks of Round Robin, with Playoffs in week 8

Beginner induction and training

Coaches available during league

Finals night in Week 8

Medals for finalists

Throw Socially Or Take It Further
Like every BAT league, Sunday Brunch you can simply show up each week, throw axes, and vibe with your peers. Or if you're keen you can get into tournaments if you decide to take things further.
IATF Affiliated
Battle Axe is an affiliated member of the International Axe Throwing Federation (IATF). We follow their rules and guidelines and use their official scoring software.
Our top ranked players can qualify for the International Axe Throwing Championships (IATC) held yearly in Toronto, Canada.
