Absolutely. Most players start with little to no experience. Your first week includes induction and training, and coaches are available throughout the season.

By joining Battle Axe Throwing League , you also unlock additional training sessions only available to League Members.

The season runs for 8 weeks, with 2 hour sessions every Monday night.

Nothing! Each league is part of the IATF and plays Premier rules. It's just a different group of people each night but otherwise they're all the same.

Just pick the day of the week that suits you best our of:

• Monday League

• Tuesday League

• Wednesday League

• Sunday League

Big Axe League is the same, just with bigger axes.

We get that you sometimes need to miss a week. Let us know and your games will be scheduled to the following week of Round Robins. That way you don't miss out on any games!

Battle Axe is pet friendly, so as long as they don't mind the noise of axe throwing and don't wander into the lanes, they're welcome.

Battle Axe Throwing is located at 284-286 Crown st, right in Wollongong CBD, making it easy to head in after work when a lot of the metered parking areas become free.

All Battle Axe Throwing leagues all use the official International Axe Throwing Federation (IATF) Premier Ruleset.

Week 8 features finals, which is a great way to formally finish your axe throwing season, with medals for the Top 3 who podium at the end.

After you've played your last match, you'll sign Battle Axe Throwing's Monday League board and become part of the venue.
