Join us for the empowering and inclusive BAT Outta Hell, Woman + Non-Binary Tournament. Battle Axe Throwing is proud to be hosting Australia's only Womens and Non-Binary IATF ‘Major’ Marquee Tournament. With the 1st place winner receiving an automatic bid into the 2027 International Axe Throwing Championships (IATC) in Toronto, Canada! This event is a celebration of skill, strength, and community. Cheer on talented competitors and witness extraordinary displays of precision and power. Whether you're participating or spectating, this tournament is sure to be an unforgettable experience. Ticket Price: $125 per person Registration/Warm Up: 1:30pm Start Time: 2:00pm Prize pool: $855 (1st $320, 2nd $220, 3rd $170, 4th $145) + Trophies & Sponsor Prizes! Tournament Rules: - This tournament is open to women (cis and trans), non-binary people, or people of other diverse genders who meaningfully identify as female - IATF ‘Premier’ Ruleset - IATF sanctioned ‘Major’ Marquee Tournament Tournament Format: - Random Seeding Matches into a Single Elimination bracket, that all players qualify for. - The number of random seeding matches will be between 3-5, to be determined by the final number of competitors registered in the event. - Giving each competitor a minimum of 4-6 matches with their registration fee. Tiebreakers: - IATF Premier Big Axe Ruleset IATF 'Major Marquee Tournament Information: - As a sanctioned IATF ‘Major’ Marquee Tournament, 1st place will receive an automatic bid into the 2027 International Axe Throwing Championships (IATC). - 2nd and 3rd place will receive automatic entry into an IATF ‘Grand Slam’ event within the following 12 months. - If the winner has already secured a bid into 2027 IATC or opts out of 2027 IATC participation, the prize bid will trickle down to the next highest placing player who is eligible.
